| The Photographic Alliance of the
Fort Smith Art Center is a
photography club located in Fort Smith Arkansas. The Alliance meets on the
first and third Thursdays of the month at the
Janet Huckabee
Arkansas River Valley Nature Center., at 7:00 pm.
Monthly and quarterly contests are held for members
only, and monthly workshops help to hone photography
skills. Photographic outings are planned so that
members have a chance to get out and shoot with fellow photographers. Members have the opportunity to display their work at the
art center in the Photographic Alliance Stairwell gallery
and in the Mini Gallery. The exhibits hang for a one month period, by an
annual schedule. We also exhibit in the
Fort Smith Public Library and other locations in and around Fort Smith.
